They now seek a talented Secondary Care Specialist at the location shown.
You will be responsible for engaging with key hospital partners to expand sales volume and share. Working with the wider team you will generate customer/account insights, shaping the account plans to increase the number of patients on their brands.
Working with the cross-functional team and with customers, you will identify and deliver opportunities for practice change at a population level.
You will also develop and drive advocacy, and clinical consensus with the key customers and support Regional Healthcare Managers on improving market access (formulary and guidelines) for the brand/s. You will need to develop strong customer relationships built on your understanding of their needs and be able to establish your credibility by satisfying those needs. You will need to contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within.
