Health Systems Engagement Marketing & Patient Activation Lead - Cross Portfolio - UK

They have a reputation for providing effective products for the treatment of diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD, HIV AIDS, Parkinson's disease, Arthritis, and pain relief in Cancer.

They are currently looking to recruit a talented Health Systems Engagement Marketing & Patient Activation Lead to deliver bespoke/tailored assets that support local strategy at an ICS level. This could be for patient activation or to support our work with healthcare systems to co-create disease awareness/patients support materials. You will work with the franchise team to align and enhance national brand campaigns for implementation at local healthcare system level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To create Therapy Area Materials that fit the need of the strategic plan and address a unique need of a healthcare system e.g.T2D detection
  • To create localised brand materials that fit with the needs of the local brand strategy
  • To co-create patient activiation materials with a healthcare system to support optimal diagnosis and education for patients aligned to the needs of the healthcare system population
  • To develop disease awareness campaigns that support the local healthcare system in supporting and education patients aligned to the needs of that healthcare system e.g. CVD risk in Diabetes
  • To support the development of the strategic account plans and co-create relevant marketing solutions

Skills & experience required:

  • Extensive experience in NHS/Pharma company marketing
  • Experience in planning
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of NHS and healthcare systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Management
  • An understanding of NHS datasets and QoFIT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) +sales Analysis packages
  • Ability to interpret & utilise management data
