A successful medical publishing company who create highly inspiring & visual digital scientific products and information for HCPs and patients are hiring for a brand new role. The role has been created due to growth of the company and is entitled Client Engagement Executive.
The company works on a number of revolutionary healthcare areas such as vaccines and Immune-oncology.
The Client Engagement Executive would suit someone seeing a fast-paced environment where talented individuals grow in their careers. They are respectful of working hours and there would be plenty of exposure and experience gained across the business.
This is a great role for someone interested in working directly with clients across life sciences & pharma.
The role will include: operational management of multiple webinar programmes , acting as internal point of contact between teams and clients, using the project management system for managing workload, webinar reporting , management of client lists & providing weekly client reports.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 12 months years working in a B2B environment in an account exec or operations role
-Can show evidence of exceptional attention to detail and customer focus
-Has experience of a busy, face-paced and varied role, showing excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
-Can quickly build a strong working knowledge of our website and webinar platforms (amongst others) in order to deliver excellent service to our clients and identify new ways to deliver our services.
There will be a 2 stage interview (1 in person element) and the possibility of a small task.
