We're seeking someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, who is proficient in planning and optimising multichannel B2B campaigns in Hubspot, and has a strong understanding of content creation, SEO, and social media strategies. Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy
- Define key messaging pillars and content themes to drive brand awareness
- Create and curate high-quality and engaging content assets, including copy preparation, for website pages, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics and social media
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, paid advertising and events
- Collaborate with marketing team colleagues and cross-functional teams to develop campaign briefs, creative assets, and messaging strategies that align with campaign objectives and target audience segments
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive leads and pipeline growth
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyse results, and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign performance and ROI
- Management of Social Media Lead
Qualifications and experience required:
- Proficiency in planning, executing and optimising multichannel B2B campaigns in Hubspot to generate and nurture leads
- Strong writing and creative skills to develop engaging and relevant content such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts and social media posts
- Ability to coordinate, automate and track campaigns across channels
- Ability to optimise content for search engine optimisation
- Competent in analysing campaign performance metrics and using insights to enhance future campaigns and content delivery
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms with ideas on how to engage our audiences to attract new clients and candidates
- An understanding of the life sciences industry and ABPI Code is a distinct advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with colleagues across functions to gather and steer relevant information for content
