Value Demonstration & Modelling Lead - Cross Portfolio - UK

They have a reputation for providing effective products for the treatment of diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD, HIV AIDS, Parkinson's disease, Arthritis, and pain relief in Cancer.

They are currently looking to recruit a talented Value Demonstration & Modelling Lead to develop and present Health Economic and Market Access (HEMA) materials across therapeutic areas at a subnational level, and develop and deliver appropriate health economic models and materials that resonate with the external healthcare environment. This role delivers insights to the external environment that describe the local burden of disease and value of their medicines.

This is a field based role, so the successful applicant can be based anywhere in the UK as the majority of the work will be delivered virtually.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the development of a team strategy
  • Utilise high level health economic and local market access knowledge to develop and deliver materials provide HCPs and ORDMs with the information they need to make decisions about the usage of medicines
  • Excellent knowledge of NHS roles, organisations, processes and incentives which is used to support field teams to develop and execute local plans and support head office teams with HEMA and brand tactics
  • Support regional teams with health economic and market access knowledge and usage of payer materials via training in line with therapy area lead allocation
  • Responsible for maintaining a high standard of knowledge of local market access processes and model development including but not limited to NICE technology appraisals and budget impact models

Skills & experience required:

  • Significant local market access knowledge
  • Understanding of health economic modelling
  • Experience in health economic and market access material development
  • Experience in taking assets through medical legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Effective in presenting information to HCPs and ORDMs
  • Experienced resource, budget and cost centre management experience
  • Entrepreneurialism and ability to take risk
  • Charismatic with the ability to engage with field based team and HCPs
  • Influencing & assertiveness
  • Problem solving and decision making
