Sales & Marketing Manager - Intensive Care Pharmaceuticals - UK & Ire

Our client is a European pioneer specialising in the research of rare disorders and critical care conditions, and develops, produces, and markets innovative solutions designed to combat them. They are dedicated to developing personalised treatments for patients with rare conditions.

With a strong product pipeline with several upcoming product launches they are recruiting for a talented Sales & Marketing Manager with responsibility for the UK and Ireland.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the objective of the role is to meet agreed business objectives through effective marketing, strategic and operational planning, implementation and management of resources in line with agreed budget and regulations.

As such you will:

• Lead the implementation and refinement of marketing strategy and brand activity plan
• Support and coach the Key Account Manager and Medical Science Liaison teams to achieve their objectives
• Develop and manage strong customer relationships
• Provide support on a variety of commercial projects
• Positively influence sales force effectiveness

Requires experience:

• Previous pharmaceutical sales management and marketing experience
• A track record of success in a customer facing (ideally hospital sales) position
• Excellent planning and implementation skills
• Collaborative approach, achieving shared goals through effective decision making
• Skilled in managing customer relations

You will also be a self-starter with a positive "can do" attitude and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
