Business Intelligence Analyst / Customer Support Manager KSA and Israel

As a Business Intelligence Analyst / Customer Support Manager for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel you will support the allocated Affiliates with Business Intelligence and Customer Support in key responsibilities: As such you will lead, develop and manage the countries Learning and Development provision, including:

  • Including but not limited to CRM, Veeva Promo-Mats, Qlik Sense, Board and Sales and Activity reporting & dashboards.
  • Problem solving and supporting the end user in optimising use of the systems/solutions to enable effectiveness and efficiency in their business area. Applying due diligence in follow-up of implemented solutions to ensure they meet customer quality standards.

The ideal qualifications and experience are:

  • Degree/Masters/PhD university degree in Science/ Business/ Computing desirable
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Liaison with:
  • Internal: including Country Managers, Sales & Marketing operations and market access at all levels
  • External: including BI and CRM system providers.
  • Proven ability to work both within a team and independently.
  • Ideally understanding of CRM systems
  • Ideally knowledge of BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc)
  • Ideally experience of using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Tools such as Synapse
  • Ideally experience in the pharma industry.

Excellent Basic plus car allowance, healthcare, pension + bonus.
