We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Communications Officer to join our expanding marketing team. If you're excited about engaging our clients on social media and our employees in internal communications, we'd love to meet you!

This role reports to our Marketing Content & Campaign Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and create engaging content for our social media to engage our audiences
• Schedule and post regular content on the company's social media channels
• Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Manage and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and updates, to ensure regular updates across the company.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
• Help in coordinating promotional activities, events, and trade shows.
• Work with sales team to develop compelling, on-brand presentations

Candidate experience required:

• Experience in a B2B marketing role
• Social media experience
• Design capability highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• A creative mind with a keen eye for detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Hubspot, Canva and LinkedIn.
• A willingness to learn new marketing tools and technologies, particularly AI
• A data-driven approach with analytical skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
