Homecare Brand Manager - Derma/Biologics - UK & ROI

Our client is a highly regarded international healthcare company with a strong foothold in the UK Medical dermatology marketplace and has ambitious growth plans for the next few years. They are committed to enhancing the quality of people's lives through their innovative, science-based portfolio of sophisticated brands and services, trusted and recommended by healthcare professionals. Its an exciting time for them as they enter the biologics market in Dermatology with a new asset/ mode of action. Delivering medicines through homecare is a critical component of a successful launch.

The goal of the Homecare Associate is to ensure the successful development and deployment of the Programme so that patients can seamlessly receive their Speciality medicines through homecare whilst delivering an exceptional experience for patients and key stakeholders across the NHS.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Compliance, PV, QA, legal, finance, as needed
  • Partner with numerous external stakeholders including homecare providers, nurses, dermatologists, patient advocacy groups and payors
  • Reporting tohomecare lead, the associate will be responsible for the governance and management of allhomecare programmes, including:
    • Vendor selection, contractual co-ordination, and day- to -day management
    • Tracking performance of homecare programmes against agreed KPIs and holding key homecare providers to account to these KPI.
    • Responding to requests for emergency deliveries as and when approached by treating HCPs in the National Services
    • Maintaining treatment schedules within contract and tracking compliance (in collaboration with respective field personnel)
    • Assessing effectiveness of the nursing care via set nurse KPIs
  • Co-ordinating the review and approval of all home care vendor documents provided to patients and maintaining a register of all patient materials
  • Work closely with marketing and sales team to effectively integrate and implement homecare offering
  • Participate in the design and implementation of patient programs

The homecare associate will report to Homecare lead with a clear focus on delivering on key day to day task to ensure successful homecare launch.

Expectation is that 75% focus will be on Homecare development and deployment and 25% will be focussed on patient support elements.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in biotech/Pharma
  • Understanding and experience of homecare
  • Demonstrated experience of working with external organisations such as the NHS and/or patient advocacy organisations
  • Experience of managing external vendors and vendor partners
  • People management
  • Excellence in internal and external relationships
  • Detail oriented with a clear focus of driving performance and positive outcomes
  • Strong understanding of how brand strategies are operationalised through homecare offerings
