Regional Business Manager - Musculoskeletal, Urogynecology and Endocrinology - UK

Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company with a specific vision of care by focusing on the acquisition of technological resources able to improve the quality of existing therapeutic solutions.

They are present in over 90 countries and are committed to improving patients' quality of life through the research and development of effective drugs and technologies that improve the quality of existing therapeutic solutions.

They are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and expansion. Building on its strong reputation in Fertility the organisation has launched its Musculoskeletal portfolio and is preparing for launches in Urogynaecology and Endocrinology, as well as Dermaesthetics.

As part of this expansion they are recruiting a Regional Business Manager to lead their UK MSK, Urogynaecology and Endocrinology business unit using your energy, enthusiasm and people skills.

Initially this role is within a recently launched product range in MSK leading a team of three KAM's. The Urogynaecology and Endocrinology therapy areas will follow in 2026, and this is an exciting opportunity for you to prepare the organisation for their successful launches and build the team which will be one team working across all therapy areas.

This will involve taking responsibility for growing and developing the MSK business, recruiting for and management of the Urogynaecology and Endocrinology teams and driving their successful launch plans.

In this role, the individual will be able to demonstrate and develop their leadership capabilities and will be excited at the prospect of being able to build and shape a new team within a rapidly growing business.

Candidate profile:

  • Extensive experience in the UK pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
  • Sales/Market Access environment including dealing with UK NHS
  • Field-based, customer-facing position
  • Some prior marketing experience preferred
  • Experienced first line manager, able to recruit, develop and motivate a team
  • Ideally, experience from Orthopedics, Urogynecology or Endocrinology setting
  • Knowledge of how the NHS and NICE are structured, operate and required methods for gaining access and price agreements
  • Proven ability to work in & embrace a fast-paced & dynamic work environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • ABPI/ABHI qualified
